This one day (6 hour CIEH level 2 training course) gives students fundamental food safety or hygiene knowledge and qualification.
This course will cover:
- Food handling
- Food premises and equipment
- Food safety hazards
- Principles of safe food storage
- Refrigeration, chilling and cold holding
- Temperature control
This course is designed for all food handlers. The course price includes all tuition fees, current text book, stationery and examination and certification costs.
