YOUTH workers have been praised for their impact on Wrexham’s largest housing estate. A report has been submitted to Caia Park Community Council on the work done in the last six months by the Caia Park Partnership Youth Team. During that time they have helped and worked with almost 400 youngsters, tackling everything from anti-social behaviour, healthy lifestyles, and respect in the community The team provides outreach work, delivering three two-hour sessions per week across the estate, with additional sessions if youth provision is quiet. Caia Crafts has used wood kindly donated by P&A Holdings Ltd of Mold to produce a new range of planters. These modern, attractive planters were designed and constructed by volunteers in Caia Crafts. The new planters cost just £24.99 and are available from Caia Craft’s shop in the reception area of our Blue Building.
